University of Michigan Compliance Services Office
The Athletic Department Compliance Program oversees and operates the athletics program in accordance with all applicable NCAA, conference and institutional rules to maintain a culture of compliance. It monitors all aspects of the university’s athletics programs to ensure compliance, identify and report to the NCAA all instances in which compliance has not been achieved and affirm that corrective actions have been taken.

- Conflicts of Interest
To maintain the University of Michigan’s credibility in the eyes of the public, it is important that all members of the campus community disclose any potential conflicts of interest (COI) or conflicts of commitment (COC) as soon as they arise so that they can be evaluated objectively and, if necessary, managed or eliminated.
